The form above would be used for customers to contact Verto Bathurst, it has a simple form asking for mobile number, email, name, message of inquiry, and which department the message relates to. It is simpler and contains less extraneous details that could overwhelm a potential client or audience. The ultimate design would be further polished and the colour scheme would feature alterations, but this display shows the important principles of how the form should be updated.

One dark evening he drives home as usual but another driver T-bones his car directly impacting the drivers side and permanently injuring david’s legs

Pete the security
Pete is a married father of 2 and works as overnight security on a large jobsite where a multilevel building is being constructed
The company he is contracted with decide it is cheaper to use cameras and motion sensor spotlights with less guards, and let him go.
He struggles to provide as easily for his family and want to find another job as soon as possible, so he finds a similar overnight guarding job, but wants to qualify himself for another job in case his new employer also switches to less guards and more technology.
So he contacts verto and completes his white card through our training program and transitions into a career in construction where he is more confident he can provide for his family consistently.
Sarah the marketer
Sarah is 21 years old and recently earned her bachelors degree in marketing, however she struggled to find a marketing job out of university
She has picked up a part-time job as a barista in a local cafe, but is pursuing a full-time marketing job.
she has gone through multiple interviews but frustratingly, none of them have resulted in jobs
so she contacts Verto about the Transition to Work Program which helps put her in contact with employers in need of marketing employees. Together they revise her resume, and train her in important interview skills to help set her up for the best chances.
In an interview with a local company that Sarah contacted through Verto, she earns a full-time role in marketing and advertising for them and can finally gain valuable experience for her career and earn a full salary as opposed to her part time role at the café.
Alison the Nurse
Alison is a married mother of three children who used to work full time as a nurse prior to the birth of her children. She has been a stay at home mum for the past 9 years, and now that her youngest is old enough to go to school, she is looking to reenter the workforce.
She is concerned about her experience being outdated and decides to contact Verto and join the ParentsNext program. She gains access to financial support for employment or study goals, gets assistance in the hiring process such as updating her resume, can find a training course if she wishes, and has access to other support services.
She utilises these services to help refresh her in terms of training and networking, getting in contact with an employer who hires her and further retrains her internally.
After a few months, she is working full-time and her and her husband manage to juggle their parental responsibilities with their careers with ease and comfort thanks to Verto’s assistance.
James the Carpenter
James is an experienced carpenter in his fifties who is losing his mobility, but still enjoys his work and teaching younger apprentices about his craft. As he has spent so long climbing and ignoring minor injuries, one day his doctor tells him to use a cane and “take it easy”
He tells his bosses of this and they come to agree that he cannot do his job with a cane. So he decides to leave that role and considers retirement. He quickly realises that he needs to be more active as he hates sitting at home all day.
So he contacts Verto to see what employment options are available with his disability. Together they connect with a hardware retail store where he can provide his expertise and knowledge to customers, whilst not performing laborious work.
He is happy to be working again and interacting with people daily, sharing his knowledge and wisdom, whilst not compromising his health or changing to another industry that he doesn’t have passion for.
Above are five human based scripts or stories that each advertisement could depict. They focus on the human stories and emotions of the customer experience with Verto, and tell fictional testimonials. The technique of how these stories are told allow for creative control, and concepts such as full narration would work, however I personally like the idea of depicting each of these stories without a word of dialogue.
